I have been originating and closing renovation loans since 1991. I specialize in renovation lending which is a small menu of loan products that almost anyone can use, whether an owner occupant or an investor, to purchase or refinance a home, while wrapping the cost of improvements and additions to into the loan...based on the future value of the home. The use of the future equity/value of a home opens many doors for homeowners, such as, that ability to purchase less than perfect homes, such as foreclosures, auction sales, estates, and many more.
